What does this cost me?
It actually doesn’t “cost” you anything because we find the money for you. We charge a percentage of the refunds that are ultimately recovered for FedEx and UPS service failures. You pay our fees AFTER the refund appears on your carrier invoice. The refunds are sent to you, not to us.
